How do I make a booking?

Simply send an email to christalsevilla@yahoo.com or use our contact page to send us a list of items you wish to hire, we will then confirm the availability of the products and email you a written quote, booking form and rental agreement that you will need to return to us.

 

Do you have items for hire that is not listed on your website? 

Yes we do.  You may send us an inquiry on the items you need and we'll let you know if that item is available.

 

 
Do I need to pay a deposit?

A 50% non-refundable deposit is to be paid at the time of booking to secure your cart hire for your special date. 


Is there a bond to pay when hiring?
We require a minimum of $50 security bond on all cart hire which will be returned to you within 3 working days after the event date as long as the products are returned in the same condition as you hired them.  The bond will be included in the invoice we will be sending to you. 


Additional bond will be added for any items hired in addition to the cart.
 
How can I pay for my hired items?
We require direct bank transfer for all payments.

 
What happens if something is accidentally broken, lost or misplaced?

This 
is what the bond will cover, all breakages, damage or losses will be deducted from your bond once goods have been returned to sweet carts rental.  If the amount to cover the damages exceeds the bond, we will issue you an invoice which needs to be paid within 3 days upon receipt.

 

What happens if I change my plans?

If you need to cancel your booking we ask you to send us an email to inform us of the booking cancellation.  Unfortunately, the deposit will not be returned. However, any cash received in addition to the deposit paid will be returned to you as long as we are advised in writing at least 24 hourse before your event.


How long does it take to set up the carts?
Please allow 30mins to set up DIY carts and an hour for complete cart set up.
 
Does the rental fee include delivery charges?

Rental fee does not include delivery charges.  Delivery fee will be based on location of the event.
 

What if I want to hire additional items?

If you want to hire additional items, you will need to send through an email to us to see if the item is available for hire, If available an additional quote will be sent to you and you will need to complete an additional booking form and return it to us along with a 50% deposit for the additional booking to secure the equipment.
